Welcome to our online admissions process. We are so grateful that you are interested in learning more about how to join our school community, and we invite families with students from Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade to join us.
In this section of our website, you will be able to proceed methodically through our three-step online admissions process: 1) Inquire; 2) Apply; 3) Enroll.
1) Inquire - By clicking on the Inquiry Link, families will be able to contact our admissions team via the FACTS/SIS portal and provide us with contact and other basic information to get the ball rolling. We will be back in touch asap to schedule an initial tour of our school and answer preliminary questions.
2) Apply - Once a family has decided that they are serious about gaining admission to SFCCA, they then click on the Application Link to apply formally via FACTS/SIS by paying a $30 per student application fee and providing a few more bits of information to our admissions team. A sit-down interview between the parent(s) and headmaster is scheduled, a shadow-day tour for the student(s) is arranged (during the school year), and, if the family is interested, they can then apply online for financial aid (See Apply for Financial Aid portion of this website section to begin that process via the Student Tution Solutions [STS] portal).
3) Enroll - Once a family has decided formally to enroll their students to secure a spot in our student body, they would then contact the headmaster, who will provide them access to the SFCCA Family Portal via FACTS/SIS, where they will pay a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $500 for one student and $1,000 for two or more students. That enrollment deposit will then be applied to the familiy's overall tuition bill for that academic year. In addition to the enrollment deposit, enrolling families will upload other required documents detailed in the portal, such as transcripts and medical records, and you can sign-up for our after-care program if you are interested. After that, your family is officially part of the SFCCA school community, and we start getting ready for the first day of school, when matters like uniforms, new-student orientation, and the like take front and center.
Inquire, Apply, Enroll. 1-2-3. Easy Peasy!
But if you do have any questions at all, and we suspect you will, please email our headmaster Dr. Richard Brake at [email protected]. He's happy to help!
