Admissions Checklist

This checklist will assist you with the admissions process at Saint Francis Classical Catholic Academy.

Our admissions process consists of three stages: I) Inquire; II) Apply; III) Enroll.

I. INQUIRE (https://sfcca.school/inquire)

1) Reach-out to the SFCCA Admissions Team via our online FACTS/SIS Inquiry Link. 2) Arrange for an initial tour of the SFCCA Campus and interview with our headmaster.

II. APPLY (https://sfcca.school/apply)

1) Complete Application Form via FACTS/SIS Application Portal.
2) Pay $30/Student Application Fee via online application form.
3) Complete STS Student Aid application process via SFCCA website link if interested in assistance.

III. ENROLL (https://sfcca.school/enroll)

1) Submit Enrollment Deposit: $500 for one student; $1,000 for two or more students.
2) Complete Medical Release & Treatment Form via FACTS/SIS Family Portal
3) Upload Student Immunization Records via FACTS/SIS Family Portal (Questions to be directed to our Headmaster Dr. Brake).
4) Upload Student Birth Certificate(s) via FACTS/SIS Family Portal
5) Student Transcripts
a. SFCCA will request this from school/school’s previously attended.
